Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website kladds.com (the "Website"), operated by Byggarn AB, Lund, Skåne ("KLADDS", "we", "us"). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

These terms cover the marketing website only. Use of the KLADDS platform itself, once you are granted access, is governed by a separate customer agreement and data processing agreement, not by these terms.

1. About the Website and its current status

The Website presents information about KLADDS, an autonomous AI-workforce platform for small and medium-sized businesses. KLADDS is currently in early access and closed rollout. The product is not offered for sale through the Website, and no pricing shown or implied on the Website constitutes an offer. The only action available to you is to request access or ask to be notified, by submitting your email address. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on us to grant you access or to enter into any agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

3. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the KLADDS and Byggarn names and marks, layout, and software, are owned by Byggarn AB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Website for your own information. No other rights are granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Early access, no warranty

The Website and any information about the KLADDS platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because the product is in early access and under active development, features, availability, and descriptions may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Swedish law.

6. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites. Following such links is at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data collected through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the Website. Please read it to understand how we process your email address and other data, and to learn about your rights and how to exercise them.

8. Changes to these terms and to the Website

We may update these Terms of Use and change or withdraw any part of the Website at any time, in particular as KLADDS moves out of closed rollout. The version published on the Website at the time you use it applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the Website shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Lund (Lunds tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. If you use the Website as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, where such rights apply.
