Cookie and Storage Notice

This notice explains how kladds.com uses cookies and similar storage technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. The short version

Right now, kladds.com uses only what is strictly necessary to make the Website work and to submit your early-access request. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you. Because we use only essential storage, no consent banner is legally required under the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (lag 2022:482) and the ePrivacy Directive, both of which require consent only for non-essential storage.

2. What we mean by cookies and storage

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage in your browser. Together we call these "storage". Storage can be strictly necessary (needed for the site to function or for a service you asked for) or non-essential (for analytics, personalisation, or advertising).

3. What we use today

4. If we add analytics or other non-essential storage later

If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential storage in the future, we will first ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any such storage is set. That banner will let you accept or reject non-essential categories on an equal footing, will not treat continued browsing as consent, and will let you change or withdraw your choice at any time. We will also update this notice to list each cookie, its purpose, and its retention period before turning any non-essential storage on.

5. Managing storage in your browser

You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings. Because we use only essential storage today, blocking it may prevent parts of the Website, including the early-access form, from working correctly.
