## What it is

KLADDS is sold as a per-tenant whitelabel silo. Each customer gets their own private, isolated instance: their own database, their own API keys, their own data. There is no shared multi-tenant pool, and one customer's data is never mixed with another's. The platform coordinates several AI agents against a shared company memory so they act like colleagues who remember every customer, deal, and decision, rather than disconnected tools.

The defining constraint is human control. Agents draft, plan, research, and prepare work autonomously, but every outbound or consequential action (an email, a message, a published post, a CRM change) lands in an approval queue and waits for a human to approve it. The AI proposes; the human decides.

## The staff (AI roster)

- COO: runs operations, coordinates the other agents, keeps work moving and prioritized.
- Sales crew: works leads and the pipeline, drafts outreach and follow-ups, keeps the CRM current.
- Marketing studio: produces content, campaigns, and creative.
- Coach: an operator-facing advisor for strategy and decisions.

## How it works (the model)

- Per-tenant silo: one private instance per customer, isolated database, isolated data.
- Own keys: each tenant brings and holds their own API keys.
- Human approval: an approval queue gates every agent action before it takes effect.
- Data roles: for a tenant's own business data (their CRM of leads and customers), KLADDS/Byggarn acts as a data processor; for its own marketing site and operator accounts, it is a data controller.

## Status

Early access, closed rollout. KLADDS is not for sale to the public yet. There is a hard brake on general availability until the product is finished and hardened. There is no public pricing. The only action on the site is an access/notify request that collects an email address only.
